Who Is Bibhav Kumar?:Bibhav Kumar was recently in the news after the Delhi vigilance department sacked him from the position of Kejriwal’s personal secretary, citing an “illegal appointment.”He was dismissed in connection with a 2007 case against him for “assault and use of criminal force to obstruct a public servant from doing his duty”
NCW’s Response:The National Commission for Women (NCW) has taken note of the incident and vowed action.The NCW will be sending an inquiry team to look into the alleged assault and will also send a formal letter to the Delhi Police to provide an action taken report in the matter.
