Ragi Ganji
– ⅓ cup finger millet flour (ragi flour, sieved)
-3 ½ cups water
-1 cup homemade curd (whisked)
-½ teaspoon salt (or as required)
-½ teaspoon methi seeds powder (optional)
-1 teaspoon chopped coriander leaves
-1 ½ teaspoons coconut oil (or any cooking oil)
-½ teaspoon mustard seeds
-½ teaspoon cumin seeds (jeera)
-1 sprig curry leaves (chopped)
-1 teaspoon finely chopped green chillies (optional)
-½ teaspoon grated ginger
-¼ teaspoon asafoetida (hing)
